Shipping policy

Mentally OOO products are made to order by independent print-on-demand production partners.

Shipping cost

Standard U.S. shipping is free when the order subtotal is $75 USD or more after product discounts. Orders below $75 and orders to other destinations are charged the shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 4-10 business days. The estimate shown at checkout is based on the products and delivery address in your order and is the most specific estimate available before purchase.

International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout when a rate is available. Customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruption, and peak periods can cause delays outside our control.

Tracking

We send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when the production partner hands the package to the carrier. Tracking can take a short time to begin updating.

Address problems and delayed orders

Check your shipping address before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact care@mentallyooo.shop immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee an address change after production begins.

If an order has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date or tracking appears stuck, email care@mentallyooo.shop with your order number. We will investigate with the production partner or carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered, we will offer a replacement or refund.
