Refund policy

Each Mentally OOO item is made to order. Please review the size guide and delivery details before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We will offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item you ordered. Contact care@mentallyooo.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Do not return an item unless we ask you to. We will review the request and reply with the available resolution and any required next steps.

Lost or undelivered orders

If an order has not arrived by the latest estimated delivery date, contact care@mentallyooo.shop with your order number. We will investigate with the production partner or carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Change of mind and sizing

Because products are made specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, an incorrect size selection, or a change of mind. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. We normally issue an approved refund within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it to your account.
